Props, yo!

I was able to stay on program all day yesterday, and I'm happy about that because it's a day of progress. According to my points quiz, I'm striving for 28 points per day now that I'm supplementing with solids for Little Miss. I went over into my Flex Points but made it up with a trip to the gym last night and 30 minutes of cardio.

And it felt goooooooooooooooooooood to do it.
