Wednesday Weigh-In

Officially weighing in today at 167.8 - a loss of 1.2 pounds.

I thought it might be more, but I was finally hungry yesterday and ate my whole 36 hours worth of missed food, and thensome. It wasn't the greatest idea, but dude, I was friggin hungry.

I can't seem to get back on the WW wagon for anything these days. That's not to say that I have been eating crap, but I don't have enough time during the day to actually record what I've eaten. Thankfully, being a Lifetimer has taught me a lot about how to eat, which helps tremendously, but I can't get around to writing it down when I put it in my mouth. I'm thinking about trying Core for a while if I can't get a good loss going here soon. I've read a little about the newest program, Momentum, but need to maybe attend a meeting to hear what it's all about.

We are currently having sleep troubles in this house, something I never thought we would have. The baby is doing just fine and has learned to put herself to sleep, thank God. It's the dang toddler that's throwing me for a loop. I believe it's time we stop naps because if he does get a nap, he's not going to sleep until 9:00, and if he doesn't, he passes out without a sound right at his normal bedtime.

I thought kids were supposed to nap until they were around 4, but I forgot that we're dealing with a kid that makes his own rules like getting teeth at 4 months, walking at 9.5, and talking in sentences at 18 months. Apparently, I can't go by the book with this one.

Speaking of sleep, both of the kids are still sleeping (after a bit of a "hiccup" from The Big Little One at 5:45), so I need to get on the ball and get some housework done while I have a few quiet moments. Sometimes I wonder what I ever used to do in my "old life". :)

Congrats on your loss...and the kids sleeping in! ;)

From what I've read about Momentum, it's about making good points choices. It's doing the flex plan and getting as much out of the points as you can instead of eating processed, crappy, high-ish points foods.

Wow, congrats on the loss. I switched my weigh-in day to Thursday because Wednesday mornings around here are weird - I forget to jump on the scale.
