First, let me tell you that since I started over on WW this week, my official weigh in day is now Mondays. However, I had to jump on the scale this morning - out of habit or out of necessity, I'm not sure - just to see if 2 days on the plan had made any difference at all.
Man, oh man.
I was 164.8!!!!! I've lost 3 pounds since 12/17!
I cannot even believe it. Who in the heck loses weight over the holidays? Me, I guess! I ate like crud and drank, too, so I'm not sure how this is possible!
Whatever, dude. I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth! (Insert jumpy happy face here)
I have found that my daily hunger paings are all but gone on this program. Honestly. I get a little hungry in the late afternoon, but I pop a couple of pieces of cheese in my tummy, and I'm good to go. I am consciously choosing to avoid the "easy" snacking on convenience foods, and eating more proteins, veggies and cheeses.
I will be posting my weigh-ins on Mondays from here on out, and I'm gonna try to only weigh myself then. It's an addiction, but I'm trying to break it!!
