Oh, praise Jesus!
I lost all the weight I regained while I was home visiting family in Detroit.
All. Six. Pounds.
Most of those pounds were from my nightly consumption of wine. Oh, and the bottle I shared one night with my husband while we were away alone. That might have had a little to do with it.
I recently discovered a great blog, filled with WW Points recipes. Gina's WW Recipes posts great recipes several times a week and includes pics. I heart everything I see there, so I wanted to share it with those of you who might be trying to stay on track this holiday season. (I'm trying my hardest, but between the bag of candy, the turkey, the gravy, and the holiday cookies, I have a feeling I'm screwed!)
